VFP is able to develop preliminary layouts and cost estimates at costs dramatically lower than can be found by hiring an outside architect — not only allowing you to determine if a plan is feasible within your budget, but also enabling you to put those savings back into the project and make an even bigger impact.

The design stage typically requires two to four weeks after you meet with VFP to discuss your goals. Once plans are complete and the necessary permits have been secured, you are ready to begin construction.
